- Purpose: Personal or Business use (for salaried or self-employed individuals)
- Type of Loan: Term Loan / Based on Monthly Repayment
👥 Eligibility
- Available to individuals who own property in their name.
- Loan amount up to 5 times of annual income as per Income Tax Return.
- If the property belongs to another person, they will be treated as a co-borrower, and their income will be considered jointly.
- Applicant’s family background will be verified as per RBI norms.
- Age Limit: Up to 60 years.
💰 Loan Amount & Tenure
- Maximum Loan Amount: ₹10,00,000/-
- Loan Tenure: Up to 5 years
