- Individuals, singly or jointly
- Minors, operated by parents/guardians
- Minors aged 10 years or above may operate their own account
- Hindu Undivided Families (HUF) not engaged in trading or business, account in the name of Karta
📄 Documents Required
- Two passport size photographs
- Proof of residence: Passport, Driving License, Gas/Telephone/Electricity Bill, Ration Card, Voter ID
- Introduction by an existing account holder
💰 Minimum Balance
- Rs. 500/- per account (without Cheques)
- Rs. 1000/- per account (with Cheques)
